This picture was unveiled by Honourable Supreme Court Justice (Rtd) K.T.Thomas in a function to mark the Independence day celebration at Thiruvalla, Kerala on 15th August 2007.

The bonds of slavery is melted down in the fire of spirituality & non violence, based on Indian culture. The vedic culture and spirituality is fused in to the golden dawn of independence. While the five elements of fire, water, earth, air and space are culminated in to the reddish colour of emerging sun. The four forms of fire, lamplight, sacrificial fire, the seven hands of sun and galaxy are also illustrated. The power of knowledge, captured in spirituality is fused into the theme of rising sun.
